Possible bug in tradeskilling

i understand nothing ;p it's really time for me to check a bit about diplo and tradeskill, snif ;p

While you craft, you can get complications.

Complication is a combination of some bad features:
quality penality  :   you loose quality , best to solve this complication asap
effecivity penality  :  your skills have a lower effect
action point cost penality  : your AP cost will be higher, than on skill description
             e.g. action point cost penality: very low => you have to pay 10% more AP (110AP instead of 100AP)
..

I get a complication, which has just one feature quality penality.
I understand it, that you loose "just" quality but you don't have higher AP costs. Few days ago this was correct.
Today I made few orders and got this complication too, but now you have to pay 20% AP costs, but it does not stand
in the complications description.

My Goal of tradeskilling is using 2000AP for a combine and getting Grade A .
If you don't need 2000AP for Grade A *hurray* .

I need every point for progress and good quality.
If I get a lot of complications than I have trouble to finish the combine!

So if you do not finish your third stage of combine and you have no AP -> combine failed -> no XP.

Mhh sounds complex , sorry I can't explain it better .

Maybe someone other can explain it more simple .
